繪畫是孩子表達自我的方式之一,它能激發兒童有意識或無意識地進行聯想,畫作中內含他們情感的變化,體現他與周圍事物的互動關係,反映著他們所見、所聽、所想。同時,也能讓不善於口語表達的孩子們可以通過用色彩、線條和形狀的方式將想法訴諸展現於畫上。
孩子的內心畫,往往也是他們內心話。不同年齡段的孩子對事物的認識、表達、反應都不同,故瞭解他們方式也不同。孩子在創作時有自己的觀點,許多獨特的繪畫語言常出乎大人的意料之外,理解他們的畫作,也是了解他們身心發展的方式之一。而除一般兒童之外,彷彿身處在另一個想像國度的自閉症孩子及身心障礙藝術家,他們擁有一個異乎尋常的感知世界,在未受學院影響及專業訓練下,作品卻自成一格,顯現出強烈自發性與創造性的特徵。法國藝術家杜布菲(Jean Dubuffet) 曾對此類作品提出觀察,並名之為「原生藝術」,意示其作品以最直覺、純粹的創作方式,真切的傳遞出他們生命底層的思想與心靈狀態。看他們的畫作往往可以看到刻板重複,色彩濃烈,但又充滿想像力的
強烈印象,完全不受傳統藝術框架侷限,而肇始於自己內在的驅動力,作品總是吸引觀者好奇與無垠的想像空間。
可以說,兒童畫與原生藝術的作品,在繪畫的發展上,皆有其無拘無束、恣意想像,卻又充滿各種獨特思考表達的特質,人類的心靈在繪畫的國度各有其百花齊放的豐盛面貌,但從兒童畫與原生藝術作品中,是我們進入這個單純直接卻又奇思妙想世界的鑰匙,打開它,可以看到「畫中畫」,更可以感受到「畫中話」。
本館典藏有「中華民國兒童美術教育學會」自2007 年慨然捐贈,逾50 年之「中華民國世界兒童畫展」的美麗畫作近2 萬幅,這批重要的國家寶藏,記載著來自世界各地兒童純真動人的心靈軌跡,觀看這些畫作時,往往能讓我們找回童心,心生喜悅;而同樣由本館辦理之「教育部藝術教育貢獻獎」,透過實地訪視過程中,驚喜地發現高雄市立楠梓特殊學校在推動原生藝術的驚人成果,這些身心障礙孩子們在師長們耐心與愛心的陪伴下,彷彿構築了另一個充滿奇花異草的藝術花園,在他們純粹且充滿原創性的作品中,讓我們驚嘆且感動,因為在每一位原生藝術家的畫作之外,他們的故事更啟示著我們,對每一個獨特生命發展的最大尊重。
兒童畫及原生藝術,就在本館典藏與學校訪視的因緣中,透過本展成就了彼此,也融合了彼此!我們期待,這場純真與純粹相遇,藝術教育與藝術療癒共融的展覽,能讓所有觀者感受到,不管在生理或心理上的孩提時期,他們以單純的線條及色彩,以直覺的認知及情感,以自由不羈的創造力所留下美麗軌跡是多麼精彩動人!從本展中也想跟大家分享,重拾起畫筆,我們也可以一起找回童心,找到自己那個最初,最單純,也最愛畫畫的自己!
Painting is one of the ways for children to express themselves, it can stimulate children to consciously or unconsciously make associations, the painting contains changes in their emotions, reflects their interaction with the surrounding things, reflects what they see, hear, think. At the same time, children who are not good at oral expression can express their ideas in the form of colors, lines and shapes.
Children's inner paintings are often their inner words. Children of different ages have different understandings, expressions, and reactions to things, so they understand them in different ways. Children have their own opinions when creating, and many unique drawing languages are often unexpected by adults, and understanding their paintings is also one of the ways to understand their physical and mental development.
In addition to ordinary children, autistic children and artists with disabilities seem to be in another imaginary country, they have an unusual perception world, but without the influence of the academy and professional training, their
works are self-contained, showing strong spontaneity and creativity. French artist Jean Dubuffet has observed such works and called them "Native Art", which means that his works truly convey the thoughts and mental states of their
lives in the most intuitive and pure creative way. Looking at their paintings, you can often see a strong impression of rigidity and repetition, strong color, but full of imagination, completely not limited by the traditional art framework, and
caused by their own internal driving force, the works always attract the viewer's curiosity and boundless imagination.
It can be said that children's art and outsider art, in the development of painting, have their unrestrained, arbitrary imagination, but full of a variety of unique thinking and expression characteristics, human minds in the country of painting has its different forms of manifestation, but from children's paintings and native art works, is our key to enter this simple and direct but whimsical world, open it, you can see the picture-in-picture, but also feel the words in the picture.
The center has nearly 20,000 beautiful paintings donated by Association for Education through Art of the Republic of China since 2007, and the School Children's Art Exhibition of ROC for more than 50 years, this important national treasure records the innocent and moving spiritual trajectory of children from all over the world. The Ministry of Education Art Education Contribution Award, also administered by the museum, was pleasantly surprised to find the amazing results of Kaohsiung Municipal Nanzi Special School in promoting native art during the field visit, and these children with physical and mental disabilities, accompanied by the patience and love of their teachers, seemed to build another art garden full of exotic flowers and plants, in their pure and original works, we were amazed and moved, because in addition to the paintings of each native artist, their stories inspired us. The utmost respect for the development of each unique life.
Children's art and outsider art, through this exhibition, have achieved and integrated each other through this exhibition, in the cause of the center's collection and school visits! We hope that this exhibition of the encounter between innocence and purity, art education and art healing, can make all viewers feel how wonderful and moving they left with their simple lines and colors, intuitive cognition and emotions, and free creativity in their childhood, whether in physical or psychological childhood! From this exhibition, I also want to share with you, pick up the brush again, we can also find our childlike heart together, find our original, simplest, and most loving self to paint!

我們常說,藝術源於生活,高於生活,而對於原生畫與兒童藝術,更可以說「藝術源於生活,啟迪生命」。牆上的作品並非僅是畫作,也是透過藝術呈現感受、分享情緒,那種人與人之間最純粹的共鳴。
原生畫與兒童藝術在本質上有著相似之處。這兩種藝術形式都來自於那些未受過太多美術教育的族群。他們的畫筆,不僅是一種工具,更是他們的夥伴,是他們的語言,是他們的心靈寄託。他們的畫紙,像是一個無拘束的空間,是他們表達自我的舞臺,雖然他們的筆觸可能拙樸,色彩可能獨特而失準,但他們卻能以最真摯的心,紀錄下生活中的觀察與感動,舞出那些時而甜蜜,時而苦澀,充滿歡愉,有時卻令人憂傷的生命故事。
藝術的存在,不僅僅讓我們透過不同的視角去感知和反思生活中的種種經歷,更讓我們能夠透過藝術作品背後的生命故事,建立起人與人之間的聯繫,引導不同族群彼此理解,彼此同理,進而共感。
此次展場空間設計,將帶您走進一個充滿奇想的世界。我們重塑「腳踏車與都市的煙火」這幅作品,讓您不僅能夠欣賞到畫作本身的美,也能夠深入感受到創作者的情感和樂觀的態度。同時,我們也將透過展場的互動和造景,讓您能夠親身投入藝術的創作和表演,開啟一扇對話之門,展開一趟屬於自己的美的饗宴。在欣賞中學習,在理解中感動,這趟旅程將豐富我們的生活,點亮我們的心靈。
藝術這種語言,無需言語,僅僅透過色彩和線條,就能深深打動我們的心靈。讓我們一起走進兒童與原生藝術家的創作世界,欣賞兒童與原生藝術家的美麗畫作,並傾聽他們的畫中有話。
We often say that art comes from life and is higher than life, and for original paintings and children's art, it can be said that "art comes from life and inspires life." The works on the wall are not just paintings, but also express feelings and share emotions through art, the purest resonance between people.
Original painting has similarities with children's art in essence. Both of these art forms come from ethnic groups who have not received much art education. Their paintbrush is not only a tool, but also their partner, their language, and their spiritual sustenance. Their drawing paper is like an unfettered space, a stage for them to express themselves. Although their brushstrokes may be clumsy, and their colors may be unique and inaccurate, they can record the things in life with the most sincere hearts. Observe and move, and dance out those life stories that are sometimes sweet, sometimes bitter, full of joy, and sometimes sad.
The existence of art not only allows us to perceive and reflect on various experiences in life through different perspectives, but also allows us to establish connections between people and guide different ethnic groups to understand each other through the life stories behind artworks. Empathize with each other, and then feel together.
The exhibition space design will take you into a world full of whimsy. We recreated the work "Bicycle and City Fireworks", so that you can not only appreciate the beauty of the painting itself, but also deeply feel the creator's emotions and optimistic attitude. At the same time, through the interaction and landscaping of the exhibition, we will allow you to personally participate in the creation and performance of art, open a door of dialogue, and start a feast of beauty of your own. Learning through appreciation and moving through understanding, this journey will enrich our lives and lighten our hearts.
The language of art, without words, can deeply touch our hearts through colors and lines. Let us walk into the creative world of children and native artists, appreciate the beautiful paintings of children and native artists, and listen to the words in their paintings.

幼兒從能抓握開始,就會畫畫,一支筆、一個可塗抹的空間,自由隨性的線條塗鴉就自然的產生。
兒童畫的表現是依年齡、心智與生理成長、也隨生活經驗、地域文化與教育而拓展。幼兒期的繪畫如同喃喃自語的生活記錄,畫面充滿自然天真的童趣。國小兒童在畫中逐漸表現出對自己、對世界的探索,表現出孩子與生活環境的關係與對事物的理解。隨著孩子生活經驗的擴展、同儕互動、及教育的影響,繪畫愈加多元。有的孩子畫中展現理性結構,強調故事性與主題,彷彿是個旁觀的記錄者。也有兒童展現出情緒性的感性作品與主觀性的色彩、自我為主的表現。
但每個孩子都是獨立的,兒童的發展有著其個別的樣貌,對兒童而言畫就是說故事的媒介,欣賞兒童畫時,我們可以試著以孩子的角度去感受生活、觀察自然與人際社會,感受情感與想像力的交錯展現。邀請您蹲下與兒童一起,以純真的視角,感受這美妙的世界!

Children's art evolves with age, mental and physical growth, life experiences, culture, and education. Young children's art is an innocent, joyful record of life. As they grow, their art reflects their exploration of the world and their place within it, becoming increasingly diverse due to expanded life experiences, peer interaction, and education.
However, every child is unique. For them, drawing is a storytelling medium. When appreciating children's art, we can try to view life and nature from their perspective, feeling the interplay of emotion and imagination. We invite you to join children in appreciating this wonderful world through their pure, innocent eyes.

永恆的童真:身心障藝術家的獨特美感

身障學生的身心處於發展遲緩狀態,心理年齡很有可能停滯於12歲之內,成為一個永遠童稚天真的人。因著停滯,以致繪畫發展階段為縱橫塗鴉、圓形塗鴉、命名塗鴉、樣式期,在創作同時並存呈現。換言之既有塗鴉期的大膽揮灑,又有樣式期的空間表現多樣化,社會化人事物概念漸明確,所組合成特殊心理發展基模,加上長時間的停滯,讓藝術創作特色有可能發展到極限。以武俠小說來比喻,雖只是簡單的招式,但若是練到爐火純精,揮筆如刀精準俐落游刃有餘,也是有本領闖蕩江湖,找到一片屬於自己的天空,在藝術的世界展現獨特而唯一的個人特色。
特殊學生成長過程的特殊體驗、特殊覺察、特殊際遇造就一個特殊、稀有、獨特的生命狀態。以此生命本質,適性學習、順性發展、隨性創作,將線條與顏色發揮到極限,成為自成一格,獨一無二的塗鴉家,表現出生命本質的美感,讓藝術創作成為表現自我探索自我的工具,進而社會融合,滿項自我實現之道。

Using martial arts novels as an analogy, although it is just a simple move, if it is practiced to a high level of fire, it can be as precise as a knife with ease, and it is also capable of breaking through the rivers and lakes, finding a sky of its own, and showing uniqueness in the art world. uniquely personal.
The special experience, special awareness, and special encounters of special students in the growth process create a special, rare, and unique state of life. Based on the essence of life, learn adaptively, develop naturally, and create casually, use lines and colors to the limit, become a unique and unique graffiti artist, show the beauty of the essence of life, and make artistic creation a self-expression and self-exploration tool for social integration, a path to self-actualization.
